STEP 1: Taco shell. House made oxacan corn tortilla.

STEP 2: Add some greens. Petite greens, shaved cucumber and onions.

STEP 3: Protein. Cerveza battered and fried snapper.

STEP 4: Toppings. Toasted pepita, creamy serrano and cilantro.
