The largest permanent ice bar in the world, the novelty food and drink spot on International Drive holds more than 70 tons of hand-carved ice. Your drink will never get warm: In addition to the ice-covered bar, it’s served up in a custom-carved ice glass, and the ever-changing ice sculptures mean that there’s always a new selfie to be captured. When you arrive, you’ll receive a thermal coat and pair of gloves (ICEBAR is kept below freezing); faux fur coats are available to rent for $10.
