Here’s a food fest not to be missed: SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival is the largest epicurean celebration in Orlando, and just keeps getting bigger and better each year. Explore more than 50 global cuisine choices, paired with 75 wine and cocktail creations and 75 beers. Among the choices are Jerk Chicken Sliders and Spicy Shrimp Skewers in the Caribbean Market; New England Lobster and Shrimp Rolls in the North Atlantic Market; Fontina Cheese Meatballs and Hot Mozzarella in the Italian Market; and Picanha Steak in the Brazilian Market. The bevy of beverages include a special Irish Cold Brew (with Bailey’s and Jack Daniels) in the Ireland Market, a wine tasting with local Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, Margarita Popsicles and canned cocktails at Cutwater Spirits and specialty cocktails at Flamecraft Bar, including a Frozen Miami Vice (a blend of pina colada and strawberry daiquiri).

Cinco de Mayo comes to SeaWorld April 29-May 8, with a Fiesta in the Street, DJ Dance party, traditional Mexican live music and cuisine creations such as Drunken Shrimp Tostados, Beef Barbacoa Tacos and Mini Churro Bites. It’s a can’t-miss foodie fest.

The festival runs Thu-Sun through May 8. seaworld.com
