For more than 20 years, Tami Swanson has been dedicated to providing pest, termite and landscape solutions for property managers and multi-family units.
Tami, Vice President of Massey’s Multi-Family division, is responsible for cultivating relationships and overseeing the operations of this division through building partnerships with apartment associations as well as developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue. In 2023, Tami grew sales and revenue at 20%. She leads a team of 25 Account Managers spread out across all nine states that Massey Services currently serves – Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
Tami is heavily involved in the multi-family industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) and was designated a mentor in selecting new board members for this organization. She is also active on their legislative committee and is a volunteer lobbyist for the Florida Apartment Association in Tallahassee. Tami serves on the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life, is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a member of the Product Service Council for the National Apartment Association (NAA).
In addition to volunteering for industry initiatives, she is a strong believer in giving back to our community. She serves on the Board of Directors as VP for Light in the Road Ministry and attends Word of Life Ambassador School of Ministry. Tami and her team have also supported the Steven Siller Foundation for the last 11 years.
Tami leads by example for her family, her community and her workplace. She has four grandchildren; raised four children and taught them the importance of giving back and making a difference in your community. She also has a special place in her heart for animals. She and her husband live in Eustis on a large property which houses her two horses, two donkeys, six dogs and one cat.
