When Dr. Vonda J. Wright walks the halls of the Hughston Clinic in Lake Nona, the double board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon can reflect on the many steps that led to a dream appointment in a land known for making dreams come true.

Before coming to Lake Nona, Dr. Wright had already achieved international acclaim as the founding chief of the Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute—Sports Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, and as the inaugural medical director of the University of Pittsburgh Lemieux Sports Center.
